Grand/Sakwa is actively involved in the acquisition of real estate properties and land throughout the United States.  We invest in multiple asset classes and geographies and maintain deep and immediate access to in-house equity and institutional capital – giving us the capability to respond quickly to significant and large transactions.  

Our primary focus is on the following acquisition types:

• Retail – Performing and distressed Power Centers, Community Centers, and Grocery-Anchored Centers
• Multifamily – Class A and B properties in Top 25 MSAs
• Manufactured Home Communities
• Land – All types considered, including residential lots, vacant land, commercial and infill redevelopment
