Grand/Sakwa Management LLC provides fully-integrated asset, property, leasing and construction management services.  We presently manage over six million square feet of retail, office and mixed-use properties in multiple U.S. states, including Michigan, Texas, Ohio, Illinois, Kentucky, Mississippi, and Florida.  We are members of IREM (Institute for Real Estate Management) and are an accredited management organization (AMO) with multiple Certified Property Managers on staff.  We manage properties that were both developed and/or acquired by Grand/Sakwa as well as select assets managed on behalf of third-party owners.

Our team includes seasoned, professional asset and property managers with significant experience managing multiple property and asset types.  We maintain centralized accounting, institutional-level reporting processes and procedures, and a focus on operating efficiency.  We maintain a full-service platform that includes the following services:
