The Property is the headquarters and bakery facility of Minnie Marie Bakers, Inc. (d/b/a Awrey’s Bakery). The Awrey Bakery brand was established over 100 years ago and Awrey products are widely distributed by leading food service distributors and are available for sale in a variety of retail outlets including Kroger, Wal-Mart, Costco and over 300 stores throughout the country.
